Pricing · one-time, not subscription
Buy it once. Keep it.
Three ways to use raastey. Open the app and write. When the editor earns a place in your day, pay once and we

Honest answers
Why one-time and not a subscription?
Because subscriptions are loud and writers are quiet. We would rather earn a single decision from you than
invoice you twelve times a year. This holds at least until our first hundred paying users tell us
different.
What does "lifetime" mean?
Cloud lifetime means access for as long as the cloud service runs. Desktop lifetime means a real binary on
your machine that will keep launching forever. Either way, if we change prices later, you keep yours.
What happens when I hit a cap?
Writing never stops. Only AI surfaces go quiet for a beat, then return. We will tell you plainly what is
slowing down and why.
Why bring my own AI key for Desktop?
Because Desktop lives on your machine. We do not want a phone-home billing line between you and your work.
Open providers like Groq, Cerebras, and NVIDIA NIM offer generous developer tiers. You point raastey at one
of them and the AI panel turns on.
Can I buy Cloud and Desktop?
Yes, once they ship. Owning both will unlock cloud sync from your desktop app, so the same draft is open
everywhere you sit down.
Refunds?
Cloud: 14 days, full refund, no questions. Desktop: 30 days, full refund, no questions.
Where is my writing stored?
On Cloud: in our database, encrypted in transit, exportable to plain markdown at any time. On Desktop:
inside the app on your disk, nowhere else, unless you turn cloud sync on.
